As always, Sam is proessional, kind & informative. She talked me through the options to achieve what I want, explained the procedures and answered any questions I had. Have had my second treatment of a Carbon facial and fell asleep and woke up with such a radiant, plump and glowing face. I went out for the day with zero makeup on just SPF. Was such a confidence boost. As always Sam provided her calm, professional and friendly persona to the entire treatment. Can't wait to see my before and after pictures at the end of my 6months. My first facial of my skin journey following skin lesion treatment & it was amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed, felt like I was floating! Having fibromyalgia I’m constantly in pain but can honestly say I felt pain-free for the whole hour for the first time in years which was the best feeling! Skin looks & feels great too & Sam talked me through it every step of the way & made sure I was completely comfortable.
