I had the most wonderful spa treatment experience. Stephanie is truly gifted. From the minute she came down to invite me into the spa I knew it would be a wonderful experience. She is super attentive to detail and each service provided to me, including the massage and mani&pedi was perfectly executed. I left feeling like a new person! Thanks very much Stephanie. Highly Recommend Silk Beauty I had my very first waxing experience at Silk, and I cannot recommend them enough! I was a bit nervous going in, but Claudine completely put me at ease. She made me feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish, walking me through the entire process and letting me know exactly what to expect.She also shared so many helpful tips and post-care recommendations, which I appreciated so much as a first-timer. This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!
