Amazing! No one ever explained how our body reacts to food, Karen explained in terms that was so easy to understand. She has definitely given me the confidence to start on this new journey and heal my body, and hopefully she'd some extra weight for a healthier me.

Amazing! It's been the longest time since I had a full body scrub, body mask wrap and finally a massage but the wait was worth it! Jayne was an amazingly attentive therapist that is clearly very experienced both in products and technique. I left a new woman! I have already booked up again to return.

I had the 4-hands massage and it was spectacular. If you've got aches and pains and are thinking of going to a physio or osteopath I would urge you to think again. The two therapists work in tandem and really concentrate on every muscle and joint giving you a full body workout. You can choose your pressure level but I think it's best to get the benefits of a firm massage if you can handle it. One and a half hours of bliss! You can also take advantage of a FREE sauna before your treatment. This really is a 5 star service and I urge everyone to try it. Enjoy!

Excellent service as with all my previous appointments

Such an informative appointment, Karen is so good at explaining and teaching us about hormones and why it’s so important to eat food that balance them out. We were taught how to eat to control our blood sugars and keep our energy levels at tip top levels. I loved Karen’s enthusiasm and energy as it’s inspired us to concentrate what is good fuel for our body and it’s everyone’s right to wake up everyday feeling great and ready to go 😀
