Lip Loft is professional and clean but I truly enjoy the laid back feel of her space and great conversation There is no uptight feeling or uncomfortableness. I love her honesty and respect that she always recommends what is best for your face and your long term goals- not to push more services/amnt needed Her entire staff is great! The place is beautiful! Complete professionals from my fast return phone call after leaving a message on a Sunday. They answered all of my 101 questions about injections. Fillers and facials. I had my first service today with Kayleigh- a. Ultrasonic facial with lymphatic draining and red light therapy. My skin looks AMAZING! I will def be back! She took the time to answe my questions and educate me on every step! Cannot wait for my appt with Jackie in May and cannot wait for my next facial with Kayleigh again! She is she knowledgeable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nobody does my hair as well as Lia. The ladies here are the best in their craft. I won't even bother going into Boston or any other city again. The quality in service and true hospitality cannot be replicated. Any other salon I've ever been to anywhere just does not measure up. Thank you ladies for always keeping me looking my best. I leave as a new person every time! I cannot recommend this salon enough. I tell everyone I know to come here. This is the salon to choose. Period!

This spa is worth the price. I have extreme muscle tightness and pain, my doctor recommends massage to help. Of all the places I have been to, I get the best results here. I recently saw Amy, she did something using pressure point and it made a massive difference! Plus, all the staff are nice and the spa is always very clean. Highly recommend!!

Ana is the best Esthetician in Boston ! Actually, I have lived in other states and never found an esthetician who could compare to Ana. I call her my face angel :) She has performed peels and super hydrating facials, plus facials that I just needed to de-stress. Her product knowledge and how she watches your skin respond during the facial is over and above what other estheticians I have gone to were able to do. If you want the best; if you want your skin to improve; if you are tired of going to esthetician's who don't make a difference, you need to go to Skin Care by Ana Merino !

My friend has been recommending this place to me for a very long time and they have been wonderfully amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I had been feeling under the weather the past few days but I had a hydrafacial booked for 30 mins but my face was so dry and congested I requested a signature facial and dermaplane that was an hour instead. It made my stressful morning less stressed.
