She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. She really took the time to explain/explore my best treatment options for my concerns. My hydro facial was super, my skin feels amazing 🤩. The room was so welcoming and cosy loved the heated bed, Gaynor is so lovely I’m already excited for my next facial. The salon is beautiful too.

Happy with the result of my luxury dermaplaning facial. My skin felt so soft, smooth and was glowing afterwards. Gaynor was brilliant at explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. Already looking forward to my next facial in a couple of weeks.

Overall, everything was good, I loved my facial. I enjoyed the electric blanket and even doozed off a bit. I didn't appreciate was being asked if I wanted a hair wrap and when I said "Yes", it was handed to me to put it on by myself. Usually, the staff have always done this as standard practice. I've never had to wear it myself. It takes away from a pampering experience if as a client I have to put the head wrap on by myself. It felt odd to me. Thank you.

First time Micro-needling , which was a little bit uncomfortable at the time but it was followed by the most delightful masks/serum and LED light therapy. I would highly recommend the ultimate facial - new collagen incoming 😊thanks Gaynor
