As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.
