I had an Undereye Polynucleotide Treatment and arrived about 10 minutes late because I was stuck at the station. Despite that, she was incredibly understanding and still welcomed me warmly. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which instantly put me at ease. The whole experience was calming and professional, I felt really well taken care of.
