I have been a loyal client of Prep's since August 2017 and visited today for the first time in 4 weeks with my 3-week old baby. I would like to commend Hybrie on her patience with my one hand in the oven, one hand on the baby and whilst there was so much movement, executed the perfect French manicure. I moved from Paarl 3 years ago, but Prep has always been and will always be my go-to for beauty treatments because of the amazing staff, 5-star service and welcoming atmosphere of the salon. Highly recommended!

Today was my first experience at The Loft, Paarl. And wow, it was fantastic. The setting, the products, the service and the staff, all incredibly amazing! I had bad regrowth and the blonde specialist did magic on my hair. I am so impressed. My nails also came out good. Needs some work on shaping nails, but otherwise really good! Happy client. Will go back.

A gorgeous salon and Laricha my preferred hair dresser. I have to travel an hour but the vibe, beautiful coffee, my always perfectly done hair, the warm welcome and the zen message is well worth it. Laricha just understands hair on a higher level. Lovit. Been going for 7 years and will be for a long time to come.

Again I have had the best experience, best cut and highlights. Laricha is just amazing, I have curly hair and a long face and she just has an amazing gift to get the proportions right. Coffee was awesome and the cherry on the cake was my scalp massage with the wash. Thank you sooo much.

Very Good wax experience with Kaamilah. I do not like the ipad at the entrance where all the men/barbers can see what treatments I will be having. Can we rather enter at the new reception desk, and they handle the reservations on the ipad? Just a suggestion.

My fiancé and I had a lovely afternoon massage at this cute salon in Paarl. Very relaxing. I would recommend maybe having some forest sounds or soft music playing in the massage room to drown out the noise of the fan. Other than that, would definitely recommend 👌

I enjoyed the friendly disposition of the staff. Chloe, in particular, took great care with my hair when doing my Brazilian treatment.

Your staff member was excellent and she helped me very quickly. The room can do with a little decor, the extractor fan noise and the hairdressers outside the door, takes away from the great massage experience.
