I had the Nov' Max keratin blow dry by Katie, and I absolutely love it. My hair has always been frizz prone, and this treatment has completely taken the frizz and flyaways away and left my hair really sleek and shiny! I was really impressed by the whole process, and that's it's left my hair in such good condition. I will definitely be booking this in again!

I love how I can say do what you think is best Rose and she gets it right every time, Ive had hairdressers in the past you tell them one thin and they do the opposite, but I can relate and enjoy my experience with Rose and can trust her judgement.

Katie is so lovely, I was so nervous coming in to have hair extensions after wearing clip ins for over 10 years. Katie completely put my mind at rest and I couldn’t be happier with my hair, she takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Shannon as always did a fabulous job. Copperfields has a cheerful, friendly and welcoming environment. I had my coffee with caramel syrup but there are multiple options for a drink all of course given with a biscuit. Both Shannon and Becky are always on hand to give great hair tips and how to really look after your hair and get the most out of the look you want. Since going for the first time last year I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lovely service Helen was really upstanding of curly hair I also had the k18 treatment before and after to help with the bleaching process Helen did my fine baby highlights just right making my hair looking really natural I also had my curly hair diffused I'm a very happy customer my favourite hair salon also thanks to Izzy the new apprentice for washing and conditioning my hair a lovely friendly girl thanks

Had to reschedule my appointment and couldn’t get my usual hairdresser Helen so was a bit nervous about going with someone new, but Lou was lovely put me at ease and was so lovely to chat too especially about her dog. She was so kind and was determined to get my hair how I wanted it. Will still try to book with Helen as she has been doing my hair a while and it’s always lovely and she knows just what I want, but I would not hesitate to book with Lou again.
