I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal client of Ray’s for years. One of the things I appreciate most is how versatile he is. As my lifestyle has changed over the years, Ray has always created hairstyles that suit me perfectly while being practical and flattering. He’s exceptionally skilled in cutting, colouring, and perms. I’ve had all of these services with him multiple times, and every visit he delivers with high standards . Just as importantly, it’s incredibly easy to style and maintain at home. My husband is very pleased with every haircut with Ray as well!
