I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

Megan is an amazing sports and physio therapist! She has helped keep my body in top condition to compete at a high level in powerlifting. She is hardworking and always improving her skillset. She makes you feel really comfortable and is more invested in your wellbeing than you probably are :) To top that off she is also very bubbly and lovely- which is a bonus

Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

Had lower back trouble this last few months and a sore knee. Saw Bethan at Therapy and Performance Clinic and she was great at assessing the issues and giving me a program to work on. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. I already feel like I've got more mobility after just one visit.

I cannot recommend Meg enough. She truly listens and gets to the root cause of the problem. She provides wonderful and helpful treatment as well as a tailored prehab and rehab program. I arrived to my appointment feeling very discouraged and left with a lot of optimism and more of a pathway forward.

I came to Bethan at Therapy and Performance Clinic with severe back pain. Bethan was extremely knowledgeable about my issue and was able to alleviate the pain and gave me exercises to do in between sessions. I would absolutely recommend Bethan and will definitely visit again should the need arise.

Molly was great. Informative physio that gave me a plan and confidence in my recovery of bulging discs in neck. She read through my report and MRI as part of my session and I’ve come away with things to do. I’ve waited 8 weeks for the NHS to help with physio they haven’t. The £55 was absolutely worth every penny!

Had a great first session with Megan. Problems were diagnosed, treatment given immediately (massage and acupuncture), and rehab exercises at home tailored to my problems. A lovely person Megan seems to me and she is good at communication- explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend Megan.

Megan was incredibly helpful and informative when arranging my appointment. I had a great initial consultation and therapy with Steve. He sought information on my problem areas around my neck and shoulder, before working out the muscles really well. He communicated throughout and was really helpful with providing after-massage exercises. My shoulder and neck felt a whole lot better hours after my appointment, too!
