I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

Megan is an amazing sports and physio therapist! She has helped keep my body in top condition to compete at a high level in powerlifting. She is hardworking and always improving her skillset. She makes you feel really comfortable and is more invested in your wellbeing than you probably are :) To top that off she is also very bubbly and lovely- which is a bonus

Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

I tried float therapy and an infrared sauna—and the float was an entirely new experience! I’ve never been able to float in water, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first, it felt strange, but as I relaxed and let go, the weightlessness and stillness created a surreal sense of calm and happiness. Had a float therapy session. Very unusual and interesting hour in there - in a very good way of course. Great way to completely black out all forms of noise and just focus on your breath while the stress just melts away. Highly recommend it.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my sauna and float session yesterday- the whole atmosphere of Spa float therapy is calm and relaxing as soon as you step through the door. The facilities provided are more than expected- face wipes, dyson hair dryer and straighteners! Great touch! The float was like nothing I have experienced before- so peaceful and relaxing and my body felt amazing afterwards (best nights sleep in a long time). I can’t wait for my next float! Thanks again!

Jenna is very experienced therapist who is great at finding the source of all problems .Very knowledgeable and professional Jenna has achieved significant improvement in pain and mobility for me.
