The friendliness and quality of service is second to none. They make-over of the premises is beautiful and the attention to the little details such as a bamboo tray for the pedicure treatments - elevated the environment to more spa-like than before. I also like that the TV is gone and you can just enjoy the ambiance, the service and friendly people. I am a long - time customer and will continue to be.

Hands down my favorite nail salon in Seattle. I don't even live very nearby, but I would nevergo anywhere else. Van is awesome!

Friendly staff and consistent. This is my third visit and so far I have been pleased. I don't do anything fancy- just solid color shellac gel manis and pedis. I was going somewhere else in Ballard and the service went downhill to where the techs were aggressive and damaged my cuticles (fingers and toes on separate occasions) to where I bled. Glad to have switched over to White Lotus. Will continue to return for their services. Thank you!

My favorite salon since I moved to Seattle a year and half ago! My experience with Bella today was AMAZING! Now that I'm moving to a new city I'm hoping to find a salon like White Lotus! Thanks to all the staff for pampering me! I will miss you SO much! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Phenomenal experience!! Cam is the go-to for pedicures; great foot and leg massage, thorough service and never misses a step. Nina is THE NAIL GIRL; if I show her a picture or a video, she delivers and adds her own twist. Plus, my nails are so healthy (both hands and feet) going to White Lotus; retention that lasts for 3-4 weeks and no ingrown toes. I cannot rave enough about WL Ballard, I recommend them to all my friends, coworkers and literally anyone who compliments my nails ❤️❤️❤️

2nd time at this amazing local nail bar spa the service is top notch with many offerings - Isabel was excellent so thorough an overall enjoyable experience. My sister loved her treatments as well - We will be returning!

I've been a client of My Nail Bar since June 2025. I am always pleased with the dip powder manicure provided by Huy. Jeanne has done lovely nail art for me and, the pedicures I've received from other technicians are outstanding as well. I highly recommend this business.

Clean, bright, lovely atmosphere. Amazing massage chairs and the pedicure itself was wonderful. My niece and I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

My pedicure was excellent! My manicure was good except for the cut I got on my pinky under the nail from her filing too hard. Other than that, my nails look and feel great!

I stopped into White Lotus today for the first time and had the best gel manicure (with Elena) & pedicure (with Jenny) I’ve had in years. The attention to detail is unmatched. They were extremely accommodating when I asked to add a small design that I didn’t originally book for, and did a beautiful job. All tools and areas were incredibly clean and prices very fair. This is definitely my new go-to spot!

I use to live near by and got to go to Nail bar regularly. Now I live over a hour away! I had the opportunity to go to the Nail Bar again while in Seattle it was wonderful. They do a beautiful job they are professional and friendly. Everything is clean and new. I miss being able to visit regularly I have not found anyplace as wonderful in my area. I highly recommend them!!!
