Not only do I always leave Kensington with a great hair cut, blow dry or colour, what makes me come back time and time again, are the lovely ladies. Sabah, the salon owner, cannot do enough for you and will always try and accommodate anything and everything you ask for. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and how to give you a great cut. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair.

Amazing service and staff. So welcoming and friendly. I went for a new set of lashes and had some lashes from another artist. The master at Favori did not even charge me for removal (a paid service) as there were only a few lashes. This is what I love about this place; transparency. They will only charge you if you are obviously using up product and their time (which is common sense). Always my go to, thank you!

I have recently visited this place and booked a session of haircut, shaving & foot massage, Service was great from both shihabuddin & Raquel. Shihabuddin was a professional in both communication & service. Highly recommended

It was so good and the service was amazing. The workers are so nice and cute and they do their work well with good recommendations for what you need.

Absolutely fabulous!! Beautiful salon and wonderful beauticians. I had a gel manicure with sabah which I absolutely love, it’s beautiful. And I had the Elim luxury pedicure with Helen and she worked absolute wonders with my feet as the water here has been cracking my feet. First time at this or any salon in Qatar as we only arrived in January and I’ll definitely be going back again. Thank you so much.

I visited the salon because I had a voucher for a hair treatment, and I’m impressed by the place. The vibes were very cozy and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the service was absolutely awesome. After the treatment, I had my hair and scalp checked by a machine to assess their health. The lady who did the treatment, named Rita (if I’m not mistaken), was excellent, and her hands were very gentle. I will definitely visit the salon again.

I had an incredible experience at the salon! Helen gave me a facial that left my skin glowing, and I couldn't have asked for a better treatment. Shirleen’s head massage was pure bliss, truly a 5-star experience. The highlight was Deepa’s full body massage—absolutely out of this world! Each therapist was amazing at their respective treatments, and I felt truly pampered. I highly recommend this salon for a top-notch, rejuvenating experience. You won’t regret it!

Great place. Very friendly and considerate staff making sure you are 100% comfortable every minute of your stay. Sabah did a great job on haircolor and cut and the lady washing my hair did an awesome massage. All very professional and just really nice :)

My daughter and I visited for the first time last week for a wash, cut and blow dry. We are always a little wary of having our hair done in Qatar after some bad experiences in the past, but the lovely ladies at Kensington have restored our faith in hairdressers! 😊Lovely friendly staff, beautiful salon, and stylists who took the time to discuss what we wanted. Absolutely brilliant service-glad we have found you-we will be back!

The service was very good, the treatment of the ladies are friendly but the room needs to be more relaxing and comfortable for the client. There is no hook to keep your clothes, there is a big mirror but it is on the floor, so you can't see yourself in it when dressing. The room is opened on the top so you can hear everything the people saying outside at the nail station and there is no relaxing music. Plus when you turn on your back, you face vents and AC tubes, its cold. Plus I would like better quality of oil used on the body, QAR300 is not a cheap price, the products should show that.

Thoroughly spoilt this afternoon, lovely to have mother and daughter time while being pampered. Thank you Sabah and team.
