I have been coming to Keely at Primrose Beauty for many years now. Keely is a kind, careful, confident practioner. She puts you at ease and listens to what you need from each treatment. I love a neck and shoulder massage but have also tried other treatments which were all wonderful. I now go regularly and love booking ahead on Fresha. Can't imagine not having treatments in my diary year on year!

My visit today was a bikini wax. As always a great service always made to feel welcomed. Added bonus was that lovely cool room with the air conditioning especially on a hot day as it was today, it was so nice I didn’t want to leave! I had a very good experience at this parlour. I went for a facial and a pedicure, and both services were done very professionally. She is very friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable. The place was clean and relaxing, and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this parlour and will visit again.

Had my first pamper pedicure today and oh my it was lush, so relaxing and my feet feel soft and like walking on clouds. The scalp and arm massage were amazing too and I felt so relaxed. What a treat to give your feet. Thank you Keely xx

My sinus and scalp massage was so relaxing (I'm sure I started to drift off - twice!), leaving my skin feeling fully hydrated. I have this massage to help with my hayfever, and I truly feel this really helps. Had my hair done by Priya today, she recommended to add in the keratin treatment after consulting with my about my hair type and frustrations. She did a beautiful layered cut as well as my eyebrows in addition to this treatment. But honestly the treatment was the highlight for me, my hair has never been silkier and softer. Also, the luxury facial was beyond relaxing, my skin feels so refreshed afterwards. My hair finally feels manageable thanks to Priya! Definitely glad I found her, will be back!
