I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Another wonderful ASMR Massage with Gem today. Gem is absolutely wonderful, she's so lovely and welcoming and her treatment room is cosy and set up so lovely. I love that Gem really took notice of the things I enjoyed last time and incorporated more of that into this time.
