I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

My daughter’s (11) first full hairdresser experience. Keira was great she was so attentive, listened to my daughter, took her time and gave all the fun experiences of a salon.
