Had a wonderful experience! The facial felt really good and refreshing. Aarthi did an excellent job — the facial massage was especially relaxing. I could really feel the difference in my skin afterward. Highly recommended!

Was good. Staff were polite and nice. Only downside is service didn't start on time and was delayed f0r about 20 minutes. Buy in all experience was good

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!
