This was my first visit to the salon and also my first BIAB treatment. I was slightly nervous, partially due to the state of my nails which were soft and peeling. No need to worry, Karina put me right at ease. She explained how BIAB was applied and outlined how it would benefit my particular situation. I was very pleased with my manicure which looks fab! The salon has a lovely atmosphere and I will be returning for a follow up manicure and perhaps a facial.

Monika was an excellent therapist - she checked I was comfortable before the Japanese head spa started & explained what would happen, reminding me it was my time to relax...the treatment was amazing starting with the eye mask & head scrub followed by lots of massage & skin treatments...Monika did a fantastic job & I'd recommend the Japanese head spa as an indulgent treat!
