Gemma was lovely as always, very friendly and welcoming attitude. Nice hair cut and correctly priced. Only thing I would say was to ask myself first what style of f cut I would like.

She understands the impact of temperature on wax behaviour and always employs Mapping Patterns with Every Service always ensuring my comfort. Her technique enables her service to be practically pain free, she is compassionate, open and professional. I absolutely recommend her for this treatment.
