I had the most relaxing experience at Lala Lashes! After over-plucking my brows, she worked her magic with a hybrid tint and wax, evening and correcting them beautifully. I also got the best lash lift I’ve ever had—all my natural lashes lifted perfectly, unlike my previous experience elsewhere. Highly recommend her services, and I’ll definitely be rebooking in the future!

Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

I had to reschedule my original appointment earlier in the day due to a last-minute issue with my toddler, and then ended up running late to my new 5pm booking because of traffic. Linh was so understanding and patient—she kindly waited for me, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and grace, especially on a day that was a bit all over the place on my end. She did such a beautiful job with my lash lift—exactly how I wanted it—and even worked her magic on my uneven brows! I walked out feeling refreshed and more confident.
