As per usual I had a fabulous reflexology treatment by Emma today. Who would have thought that your feet can tell such a story about every part of your body and your internal well being!! On top of that Emma took the time to listen to the problems I've been experiencing of late. It's always good to have someone to listen to you in such a caring manner....

If like me you love gardening but simply don't know when to stop until you realise your back is aching like mad!! Then pay a visit to Dream Therapy. Amy did my back massage today and boy did she locate, and then help to ease out, all of the tension in my back and shoulders. A regular massage is a must for all gardeners, I'd say..

I could not recommend Michelle enough had 5 sessions for laser hair removal and the results are fantastic, the hair has practically all gone. After spending years covering myself due self esteem of having facial hair, now I no longer need too. Michelle is passionate about her role and makes you feel at ease. 100% recommend!

I get my hair coloured and cut by Leigh and I love the colour and cut every time. Leigh always has time to ask what colour I want and talks me through it. I have just had my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Toni and I love them!! This is a lovely friendly salon and the ladies are amazing at what they do!!

Fast approaching 50 years old , and just wanted a fresh look , Sharon is so professional and knowledgable and suggested a few tweakments and had instant results .. can’t wait to share before and now photos !
