I would 100% recommend Alicia after having a deep cleanse facial! She made it such a lovely and relaxing experience, and I walked away with my skin feeling so hydrated and refreshed. I had a few questions for her due to having sensitive skin, but she was so reassuring and answered any question I had, she knows her stuff! I can’t wait for my next treatment!

I have been visiting Louise for several treatments for a good few years now. Brows, lash’s and nails. I’m never disappointed. She is brilliant! She takes so much pride in her work, and is extremely bubbly and friendly.

Really enjoyed my facial. Alicia knew loads about the products and equipment she was using and explained it all as she went along. Easy to chat to and made me feel comfortable. Lovely clinic that is super clean but also cosy. The heated blanket topped it off! I felt so relaxed.

Amazing! This was the first facial I have ever received and Alicia did not disappoint. The knowledge she has is incredible she heard all of my concerns and tailored it to suit me perfectly. Such a warm and comfy environment which put me right at ease. Explaining every single step of the way what she was using/doing and the benefits it has was so interesting. My daughter recommended Lauren to me after she had been to her for lip fillers which she was very happy with. After having a consultation with Lauren i chose to have my first botox treatment, although I was feeling a little bit nervous she explained the whole procedure to me which put me at ease and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Lauren to anyone for treatments she is very professional and friendly and i have just booked another appointment again with her for fillers and I'm sure I will be a regular client.

As always, such a warm, welcoming reception from Alicia. The therapy suite is immaculate and the newly renovated bathroom is stunning, all for the comfort of her clients. Alicia tailors her procedures to suit each client, if you prefer silence, your procedure will be carried out in a quiet meditative state. If you prefer to chat, Alicia can always find a subject of mutual interest. Whichever is your preference, she creates a welcoming and comfortable environment but most importantly professional. Her treatments really work and she never over sells, unlike a lot of clinics.

I’m totally in love with my results! I shared my skin concerns with Alicia not knowing what treatment I was needing, I just needed help. Alicia is amazing!! she put together a little action plan of skin boosters and micro needling and I’m over the moon with just how fantastic these treatments are and how good my skin is now looking. I’m was so scared of needles so having injections wasn’t my idea of fun BUT I’m happy to say there is nothing to be scared of!!
