Today was my first visit to this salon where I had a full set of Hybrid lashes done by Luke. I can be quite fussy and like mine a certain way. I described what I wanted to Luke and he got them exactly right. He was really professional as well as polite and chatty. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Incredible prices too. Gemma - Killinghall/Harrogate.

A lovely experience! Luke was really kind and understanding of my needs, he explained everything that he was doing and didn’t mind that I couldn’t really speak due to concentrating on keeping my eyes shut 🤣 it didn’t once feel awkward! Thank you 🫶🏻

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.
