Have used Laura for a couple of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I like the natural fluffy wide eyed look and she does this to perfection where other salons just couldn’t get it right. Her room is spotless and a lovely environment to have a treatment.

Chantelle was lovely, the beauty room is so cosy and pretty inside, perfect for a pamper. My HD brows are absolutely amazing, the best ones I have ever had. The shape, tint and thickness I kept was fab. I usually have alot of redness after brows but had minimal- Chantelle definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and explained aftercare- something I have never had with HD brows before. The pregnancy massages from Bex are also amazing. Best one.Recommended to my pregnant friends and they all said the same too. I am so pleased I have found Chantelle, Bex and The Willows.

I graduated to fuller Russians and infill every 3wks-3.5wks and they last very well with proper care as advised. I love going and the experience is a thoroughly relaxing part of my otherwise hectic life! I feel great and love our chats 😍
