I had my first laser session today to remove my tattoo, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The technician who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and her kind and professional attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided

Nasra was splendid! She explained everything clearly and kept me reassured throughout. I felt in safe hands and appreciated her insight. One small suggestion: the brow bleach took 60 mins instead of the estimated 30, likely due to it being my first time. I luckily had buffer time before my next appointment, but it would be helpful to factor in extra time for first-time clients. Overall, a great experience highly recommend Nasra!

Nasra did my eyebrow lam and lash lift (curl). I always come back for my eyebrow lam - they come out amazing! However, today I went for my lash lift and believe you me, they came out so so well! Nasra curled my lashes and also made them so that they look fuller- I literally look like I have a set of flashes on! So lovely! I have naturally thick lashes and she managed to make the most of them- super happy.
