Very pleased with the result - e.g. the colour and shape. I did receive a few minor skin tears from the waxing and I think it would be useful for a technician to ask a few questions prior to treatment and explanation of any possible risks. Especially as I have never had this treatment before. But otherwise, she was efficient and friendly.

I was really anxious going in for my treatments, as I haven't been in a very long time (too long!). However, Fi made me feel very relaxed and comfortable instantly, she has such a great energy about her and she's very professional. She was very thorough and clearly very great at her job. I would highly recommend her. I will be rebooking in the near future. 10/10
