Went in today to get a blonde balyage. My hair was done by Nina and she did a great job not only with my finishing look, but with getting out the purple and blue colours I had in previously 🤭 The outcome was very natural looking and shows so prettily in sunlight. 100% recommend ❤️

If I could give more I would, beautiful little shop with the most comfortable treatment chair I’ve ever sat in, my technician was so lovely & we just chatted the whole treatment away. Steph works wonders for my partners back on a two weekly basis! For someone who has a long term disability and struggles with day to day moving Steph always manages to relieve the pain slightly and give him a bit more movement too which we never thought possible. Steph really is an incredible message therapist!

I’ve had 5 PT sessions with Steph so far. I’m loving it, feeling stronger and more energised, sleeping better and starting to see some muscle definition as well! Steph is a great motivator and not only has she helped me with the exercises and technique but she has given advice on nutrition as well and she always checks in with me the day after workouts to see how I am. I give her a weekly progress report too making me accountable for what I do outside of the PT sessions with her. Next sessions already booked!
