The BEST day ever. Thoroughly pampered from start to finish! My Thai foot and hand massage was amaaaazing Thankyou Scott! Full body massage by Michaels was fantastic and the Reiki was out of this world I can’t believe how relaxed I felt afterwards. I could actually feel the healing releasing trauma from my body. I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. I had surgery last week and had had to postpone my appointments for a week. Kadie was so helpful on the phone and managed to just lift the 2 appts and put them in the following week even though I know they're very busy. I went yesterday and had my nails redone by Danielle and I was looked after and treated like glass almost by them all as I'm still in pain. Unfortunately Sam was ill so Lou stepped in did my facial and I walked out feeling like a new woman. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they are all so considerate and very good at what they do. Everything about these sessions are perfection. The effort and time that Anna has put into her craft, to make people feel amazing is incredible. Just being in Anna’s presence is so healing, and the reiki always feels so freeing and safe x

I’ve been coming to Unique Therapies for a while now and I just love the treatments. The massages that I’ve been having make me feel energised and invigorated. I sleep so much better after every one and every time I have a massage I feel better than the last time, if that makes sense. My first reiki session with Faye since completing her masters reiki, i always get good advice/guidance to go away with, the treatment room is so cosy and make you feel comfortable, i always leave Faye in such a good mood and feel uplifted from her beautiful energy, i highly recommend
