I went in for a cryotherapy test, and was talked through the experience by Kirsty step by step who made sure I was comfortable and offered a drink and had a friendly chat with me beforehand. Brilliant.

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

First time for the skin booster treatment. Wasn't sure what to expect. It was almost painless... felt very reassured before, during and after treatment... thank you and see you again next month...
