Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

It was so relaxing and calming. I highly recommend anyone to go and see Sylvia and let her healing hands pamper you.

I had some Reiki Energy Therapy with Lyndsey and now seem to be sleeping better and have better concentration. She clearly explained what would happen and the process and what to expect. I would recommend it!

First reflexology session with Sylvia yesterday and it was wonderful. Calm, relaxing and definitely had a better nights sleep. Looking forward to the next one already x

Very good. Lovely setting - calming and relaxing. Reflexology and massage eased a lot of aches and pains.

Was a very good experience. No issues at all. However i was promised some info about energy healing courses in Winchester and crystal shops but never received anything.

Another lovely reflexology session with Sylvia! She’s always calming, professional, and incredibly skilled. I leave every time feeling relaxed, refreshed, and balanced. Highly recommend!
