I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I had the most nourishing, comfortable and lush experience with Nat in her temple! Her skills at massage, litening, intuition, healing, energy work, everything just blends together and she makes you feel so so safe and special.

Nat was fantastic, had a massage and then some reiki, went in feeling heavy, a bit stressed and flustered and suffering with fibromyalgia pain, especially in my neck, shoulders and arms . After my session my fibromyalgia pain had lessened considerably, I felt light and radiant with a spring in my step, all my stresses have gone and my energy levels have gone up to 10. Thank you so much Nat for everything today, looking forward to next treatments

This was my first treatment with Nat, who was not only very warm and welcoming to work with but also very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to hold the space beautifully and helped me with suggestions of how to manage and protect my sensitive energy moving forward. She definitely unblocked some things for me during the session. After I left I felt lighter and brighter, and some subtle but obvious shifts were present for me with work and friendships. Sam is a miracle worker! I've been living with chronic pain and reduced mobility for several months and decided to try reflexology to relieve the pain. Sam did a thorough consultation before working her magic, leaving me pain free, refreshed and energised. She gave me lots of aftercare advice and her calm, healing energy made me feel nurtured and relaxed throughout the session. I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait to try the other therapies that Sam offers!
