Again another 10/10 experience. Laura is so lovely and friendly. She's a great nail technician and has a great range of colour choices. This is my 3rd set of nails and my nails have grown so quickly and are much stronger. I look forward to my next appointment.

There those who do their jobs & if lucky, with the customer being satisfied for value given. There others who go the extra mile. With Maddi, not only does she go more than the xtra mile, she makes you feel valued, listens & understands what your requirements are, is able to ensure that you get all the best of the massages that the body needs. Those tough knots, the pain, that area which is sore and uncomfortable, are all professionaly seen to and one gets to know that one's I'm safe, reliable and caring hands. Half a dozen sessions in two months and honestly, I'd highly recommend MM.

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend Ruen Thai Spa for anyone seeking a blissful escape.

I booked this treatment the day before my birthday for a glow and lift effect, and I have to say—I've had many facials before, but this was by far the most amazing facial I’ve ever experienced! Laura was incredibly professional. I came back here after a break and as before the service you get is excellent, everyone is so friendly and I always get a warm welcome when I return, I've been having my nails done by Sonila since February this year and I've been having gel polish with protein base and this has made such a difference to my nails they have grown so much and are stronger for having this protein base added as well I'm so pleased with them, I've also been having me eyes brows waxed by Jaspreet & Sabira both are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable so I'm very happy to give a 5 star rating.

Had such a great experience here! Sabira did my full face wax and Jaspreet gave me a haircut – both did an amazing job. They were super sweet and made me feel really comfortable. I’m so happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!
