My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

I had a lovely experience today, having the Mother’s Day serenity package with Francesca. She was so lovely and kind, checking in lots that everything was okay. We had a great morning, both ladies were really welcoming and offered us drinks on arrival and frequently after. Hot tub was amazing and gives you a water jet massage and you can connect to the speakers via Bluetooth . We then went in the gravity massage chair which was really relaxing and gives you an all over shiatsu massage. We then both opted for a full body massage which was lovely before we embarked on our afternoon tea before heading home. Location is tranquil, would recommend if you're looking for a nice package for you and your better half for a morning/afternoon of relaxation, thanks

I had a brilliant treatment yesterday with Izzy. It’s the first time of having a pedicure but from start to finish it was wonderful. Izzy was caring, professional, chatty which I love and gave me an excellent pedicure that made me so relaxed I could have dropped off for a nap. When she was doing the food scrub and massage on my feet I have bruises and she checked to make sure that she wasn’t causing me any pain because of these and the fact she was massaging which I found extremely considerate. Izzy is an excellent therapist and I was relaxed and had lovely smooth feet and painted nails ❤️
