I am always so happy and impressed by My Nail Tech / Artist! Before coming to Image, My Gel Nails would be lifting and coming off within days. I just put it down to the hair and body oils I use. So I was amazed that this has never happened with any set of Gels from Dayna at Image Beauty Salon. 3weeks later they are still looking fabulous! I am always sad to see each Nail Art Creation removed...... But totally excited for my next stunning set of Gels from Dayna! Go Dayna!! Thank you xx

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Naomi is so good at making me feel comfortable and at ease, even when dealing with the most intimate and painful of areas 👀 She always has me laughing through the pain and reassures me that it’s ok (even though I’m convinced I’m a wimp!). Wonderful experience today. Treated myself to a full body massage today for my birthday. My regular place was fully booked so I decided to trily Megan on the recommendation of a friend , I'm so glad I did as it was the best massage I've ever had so I won't go anywhere else now. Excellent as always

The massage (shoulders, neck and back) was excellent. I felt very confident and satisfied by Tiana's abilities and treatment. I felt thoroughly relaxed afterwards. I felt the welcome and reception experience could have been better. I had not been before and nobody checked my name or appointment details. This could be improved upon but I am looking forward to my facial appointment in July and would certainly have another massage there.

Heather was amazing! So attentive, kind and had so much knowledge about what I needed and her treatments. Such a cute treatment room too! I had an ice globe facial, back scrub and massage with scalp massage and a sound healing treatment. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I throughly recommend to treat yourself here with Heather ❤️

Had a full body and scalp massage with Heather, first time at the salon and everything was amazing since walking through the door. Salon is beautifully decorated and clean. Staff are really friendly. You are made to feel really welcome and at ease. Amber really listened to what I wanted her to do and gave me her honest opinion and advice and I came out feeling so happy with the result. It is so nice and reassuring going to a salon knowing that everybody has been trained properly and have lots of experience, especially with all the one man bands popping up all over the place offering very cheap prices after just having completed a week long training course. You definitely get what you pay for!!
