The full body deluxe was the perfect package as it included all my favourite treatments out of everything I have tried so far. Full body massage, foot scrub and a facial. Beth left me in absolute heaven, I came home so relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep. What a lovely post holiday pick me up 🥰

Last night I had the pleasure of experiencing a lymphatic full-body massage combined with wood therapy, and it was truly transformative. From the moment the session began, I felt a sense of relaxation and release. Natalie’s technique was both gentle and effective, stimulating my lymphatic system while easing built-up tension throughout my body. Especially my right leg that has a lot of pain. The incorporation of wood therapy tools added an extra dimension to the treatment. The wooden rollers and sculpting instruments helped contour and smooth areas. I will definitely be having one more often.

I have been a regular client of Beth's since she started, I have chronic pain and degenerative disc disease in my back and neck. My physio told me that regular massage would not cause any further damage and Beth is so adaptable to my needs. She knows exactly which areas are causing me the most issues and spplies just the right pressure to make them feel much easier. As Beth told me today, having regular appointments makes this much easier for us both. I will say that the upper body rewind is my most favourite treatment, I was literally in the land of nod after such a difficult day at work ☺️

Kat is one of a kind, she is so welcoming and happy, guaranteed to take all your stresses away with just her smile. Then add in those elbows and firm palms for a massage! I am not one to be touched but after some heavy weights and crouching over my laptop, needs must. Kat got right in between by shoulder blades and made my neck feel like brand new, I didn’t realise I was so tight until she started kneading me. I’m ready to tackle another upper body workout now. I’ve been seeing Kat for over a year, mainly for nails but also treatments when I can. She’s friendly, warm, hilarious, and instantly makes you feel relaxed and cared for. My nails always get compliments, and she delivers exactly what you ask while giving honest advice. She’s incredibly talented, there’s nothing she can’t do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Now I just need to find time for another of her amazing facials.
