The treatment was good. Customer Service was good. The only thing which let the experience down, it was cold. And the creams and lotions were cold. The girl who did the treatment was lovely though.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had Indian head massage treatment with Zahira this afternoon. The treatment was definitely one of the best head massages I have ever had. She was absolutely fantastic, as well as being very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to this place very soon! As always, the lovely ladies at The Beauty Refinery absolutely smashed it! I am so happy with my lashes. This is the first time I’ve ever had a lash lift & tint (or anything ever done to my lashes!!) but I will returning to get this treatment in the future. My lashes are full, lifted and look very natural yet flattering. Cannot recommend this enough. The ladies at so kind and patient.
