Dawn is a very professional therapist and she instantly puts you at ease. The salon is immaculate. She is very confident in her waxing, so you are in good hands. Amazing! Jo took the time to shape my nails just how I liked, discussed colours etc. Felt like a really lovely, personal experience. She was able to book me in at a time suitable for me without making me feel like a bother. Have recommended to family and friends. Will be coming back, 10/10
