I appreciated how detailed and patient she was. When I was unsure, she did part of it, showed me my brows, then asked for feedback. A brush to quickly dust the hairs off my face would be a nice touch.

I had an excellent facial at LUMIÈRE Spa and will definitely be returning. The treatment was very customized and focused on skin health, not just relaxation. My esthetician took time to assess my skin and explain each step. The facial included cleansing, hydration, lymphatic drainage massage, LED therapy, and a tailored mask. My skin looked noticeably brighter, calmer, and more hydrated afterward. The recommendations felt thoughtful rather than pushy. Highly recommend for results-oriented facials in Vancouver.

My experience was great - I love getting a mani or pedi from Tamami. One suggestion I have for your salon is to have the surfaces more clean. You have a beautiful space with nice furniture - I think keeping the floor and nail counters cleaner would make for a better customer experience. (we don't want to see nail clippings and dust all over)

Mar ice is wonderful, charming, sweet and helpful. I’ve gotten aromatherapy massages twice on my visit to Vancouver and each one has been fabulous and has addressed all of my specific needs and I was sent home with little samples of the oil and the cream that she used on me. I highly highly recommend her.

Through goodwest_vancouver & young & grace dermal care giveaway event, I have tried for the free basic clean & clear facial, it was an amazing experience and the staff really friendly and knowledgeable, they have different treatments based on your skin, and have a clear explanation during their step by step process. It was the first time I’ve tried facial and i am glad to have chance to experience it in this place!! I just had the Potenza Micro Needling and it’s painless and very smooth and systematic the way Lian & Veronica did. They have a great teamwork and Veronica explained it to me every step so I have peace of mind and trust that they are so familiar and expert of the procedure. Very cozy the environment and clean the beddings. Very friendly and i’m so addicted coming to their clinic. I trust them so much!!!
