My waxing treatment was really good! The whole place is very clean and calming. Best place I’ve been to for a wax for sure, especially after the lockdown I needed a good treatment! The lady who did it was very sweet she was gentle and made sure all hair was gone!

I went in for a hair restyle and manicure. The restyle was a big decision for me as I've always stuck to trims, and this was my first time with Humera's Beauty. I am grateful to both ladies, Humera and Alisha (who did my manicure). These 2 are wonderful ladies, who were forthcoming in sharing their experiences with their art, and giving good general advice in regards to haircare and well-being. Also had a good time just generally chatting to both. Thank you ladies for also helping to maintain my privacy when the workers arrived. I hope to visit again at a later date 😊

This isn’t my first visit to Beauty Refinery, and every time I go, I have a great experience. The team is always friendly and professional. I had my appointment with Deep today, and she was absolutely wonderful — so kind and patient, especially since I tend to be quite sensitive to waxing and was feeling nervous. She really helped me feel at ease and even recommended laser treatment for my next visit, which I’ve decided to go ahead with. Highly recommend!
