I just had a laser hair removal session with Taylor and it was great! She was super friendly and explained everything about the treatment and aftercare. Taylor answered all my questions, talked me through the risks, and made sure I knew how to take care of my skin afterward. She was patient and did everything with such care. I had to cancel my appointment due to a professional reason but the manager Rita she booked me straight away within the 1 hour gap. What melt my heart that she kept her premises open for me 15 min extra so that I can make it. Her overservice has earned my respect and the dedication she has for her clients its clearly noticeable. Go on Rita the merrylands community stay beside you. Highly recommended clinic for laser and other treatment. Thank you

10/10 as per usual. The shop is immaculate, clean and Has the highest level of service I have experienced vs any of the other laser clinics. The manager B has in-depth knowledge on skin and the best way to laser for both men and women. I highly recommend this establishment for all hair removal needs.
