Preface: I have a lot of muscle trauma. I chose myofascial release (MFR) and lymph drainage. It was a great combination. The MFR was intense. She worked on my major leg muscle groups. I have a fairly high pain threshold which was crossed during the session. I could feel the resistance as she worked on specific muscles. I felt great after the session and a day later I feel like I had a good massive full-body workout yesterday. I will be doing it again and I am so grateful for the professionalism and care I got (as usual).

I had accupressure and reflexology done. My feet were sore from the moment I stepped out of bed.
