The team is very friendly and make the customer at home vibe! Even though I'm staying at east side. But really don't mind to go back to them! Their slimming treatment is effective on me. My arms lose 1 cm after 2 sessions of fat freeze.

I love coming here for their Emshape and Fat Freeze! Really helps so much! The therapists aren't pushy at all, which makes me so at ease to be here. Al of them are really friendly. And I do not need to worry anyone asking me to sign any packages. Kate attended to me yesterday and I do like how precise and accurate she is with placing the Emshape thing on my tummy, making sure I'm comfortable. I will continue coming here for sure 😊😊

Today I done my Emshape and Fat freeze together. It was really wonderful and I really liked it. Even though results takes time but I am very sure it works! I'll be coming back for sure. My therapist Su Jun is professional and nice. I forgot the first therapist whom was putting on the Emshape device on me. She is great too as I realise it doesn't hurt at all 😃

Superb experience with Liza. She’s super gentle and I knew I was in good hands when I first went for her facials, definitely no hardsell and tried to understand my needs and concern before suggesting treatment (I requested for her to assess my condition before facial). Love the fat freeze.

The therapist was professional and friendly even though I was there just for fat freeze trial. There was no hard selling but only explanation what to expect and the process of fat freezing.

First time trying fat freezing Staff was very patient and explain very detail thanks alot will come back again🫶🏻

Fat Freezing reduction treatment by Rin was great. even managed to power nap during the treatment despite the machine noise

Feel good after fat freezing

It is my first experience with fat freezing treatment. Therapist (Shireen) patiently explained the process as well as after treatment care. I appreciate her effort to manage my expectation.

Flawless customer service from start to end. Did the fat freezing instead of the Em shaping as its more suitable for me. My therapist, May is great at explaining all the details before the start of the session. Treatment was tolerable and I need at least 4 sessions. Signed up on the membership too. No hard selling and no pressure.

Therapists are friendly & able to provide recommendations. The fat freeze sessions have been effective. I have lipoedema where fat cells accumulate in the lower body thus exercise alone does not help. With help of fat freezing along with regular exercise I was able to see quick results

Today is the first time I tried their SHR leg hair removal. It’s like a cold metal that go up n down on your leg while in between a little feel of warm air. Overall totally do not have any discomfort at all. After SHR, I continue with my first ever tummy fat freeze session. When the machine pull up your flesh that moment. You will feel the tightness but you don’t feel the freezing cold. Only when they release the machine from your flesh then when you touch your flesh you can feel the frozen. I could feel my tummy getting softer and slightly smaller, looking forward to next session

I took up their fat freezing treatment and i love it. I can instantly feel and see the results. The staff are friendly, not hard selling and accomodating.

Today was my second session of Fat Freeze at Kosme Aesthetics and it was just as great as the first session. After my first session I lost 2.5 cm from my waist. Natalie and all the staff are fun, friendly and knowledgeable. I went and so should you.
