This was my first time trying Reiki and cupping, and the best way to describe it is that I felt like I was being looked after -nurtured, as Donna said. She has such a calm, reassuring energy and makes you feel comfortable straight away. It was very easy to chat openly with her without feeling awkward or self-conscious. I will definitely be back! 🩷

After seven weeks of physiotherapy with Steven I am now back to pretty much full mobility, after not being able to walk properly due to a massive hernia of a lumbar spine disc that I suffered in December. Professional, respectful, great positive energy. Couldn't recommend his treatments and approach more.

I recommend booking a session with Meral as she is a beautiful soul with a loving and warm energy. She makes you feel right at home and has an empathetic ear to listen to your issues. I arrived feeling quite stressed, worn out with an aching body and opted for cupping therapy which focused on all my problem areas. I left feeling deeply relaxed and floating in the clouds. I need to apologise to Meral for taking so long to leave a review, I'm not very organised and I will definitely visit her again for some more tlc 🥰🥰🥰

It feels like I'm visiting a good friend whenever I step into the studio with Donna. She creates a judgment-free, safe space so that she can fully understand what you need from the appointment and how she can help. I left feeling lighter and excited to continue working on the areas we discussed. The detail she goes into her readings is incredible as they allow an open discussion on topics that may not be at the front of your mind. I will always recommend Donna and I wish I could spend every day in that studio

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! Meral makes you feel so welcome when you enter a serene space ✨ lovely chilled atmosphere. The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨

I had a back neck & shoulder massage , lymphatic facial and reiki today with Michelle. I was so relaxed the treatments were amazing and Michelle was so professional she talked me through everything she was doing and really worked the knots out my back. I left feeling less sore and certainly more relaxed. I stay an hour away but I have booked my next appointment.

Lots of attention and excellent hands on physiotherapy

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

I've been going to see John Neeson at this physio for quite some time, every time I go I feel its a great experience I do the exercises in relation to the therapy provided, always end up back in no time, I would without hesitation recommend this physio for all your physical therapy requirements

Andrew was amazing as ever for our session today. We talked through the pains and niggles I had and he made sure to pay special attention to those areas during our session. He is amazing at what he does and will always recommend him.

Andrew is a fantastic massage therapist. He holds space, the treatment is considered, thoughtful and effective, and I always leave feeling brand new!

My reading was exactly what I needed. Donna picked up on things I hadn’t even said out loud—about letting go of my old life, stepping into a new chapter, and shifting out of fear. I left feeling seen, lighter, and more grounded in where I’m heading. Highly recommend if you’re navigating change and need clarity.

Good investment as always. Andrew obtained an update on my current health, areas of discomfort and what I was seeking from the session. Good technique throughout and responsive when approaching limits of my mobility and discomfort threshold. Ambiance was excellent as always.

Really great experience. Was like a counselling session, but with psychic insight which was really interesting. Very enjoyable session that left me feeling really positive. Everything resonated which helped the conversation flow easily. Made me feel instantly relaxed and I felt as thought I was in a very safe space. Look forward to putting the suggestions into practice and seeing the predictions come to pass.

Sofia was excellent, knew exactly how to target my back issues, feeling so much better after only a one hour session.
