Wonderful, probably best massage I experienced in Limassol. Really good and spacious massage beds. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The massage therapist was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. The only side note to make: for people In the reception to mind that everything is heard in massage room, at some point I heard active loud conversation and laugh from the reception area. But other than that I had enough of peaceful environment.

Today I had a salt body wrap followed by an Endospheres session — and it was pure bliss. I felt incredible pleasure and relaxation. My body feels like it’s breathing, my skin is so soft, and I sweated as if I’d been in a sauna. It’s such an interesting and unique experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

my therapist, Bhagu, performed a full-body massage that included the back, legs, arms, abdomen, head, and face. I asked for medium-to-high pressure, and she checked in about the pressure from time to time, which made it easy to adjust and stay comfortable. Some parts were intense but remained within a tolerable range. The environment was clean and pleasant, with two treatment rooms equipped with showers, plus a restroom and a couple of chairs for cosmetic treatments. At the end, I was offered water and a small sweet, which felt like a nice closing gesture. So, it's a good sports massage, 10x

Today I tried a procedure called cavitation, performed on my abdomen after an Endospheres session. It was a very unusual sensation — the ultrasound felt a bit strange at first, but not uncomfortable. I even enjoyed it! Cavitation uses low-frequency ultrasound waves to create microbubbles in fat cells. These bubbles expand and collapse, breaking down the fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body through the lymphatic system. Overall, I liked the experience and I’m eager to see the results soon.

I trust Kate with my face and body procedures for a few years already and believe me,you will not find anywhere near such a great and personalized approach, recommendations of the best procedures based on your skin needs,on your vision what result would you like to achieve and also on your financial options. All results are amazing, no matter the procedure you choose, I think I tried almost all of them 🙈 And of course, the best face cleaning you will ever find,Kate doesn't let you leave if your skin isn't perfectly clean, really impressive!
