Today I had an amazing nail salon experience! It was my first time there and definitely not my last! I was looking for the new nail tips system that's why I booked with them and the result exceeded my expectations! EXACTLY what I asked for! Lana was lovely and took her time blow drying and curling my hair. She listened carefully to how I wanted it styled and clearly put a lot of care into the appointment. Unfortunately, despite using hairspray and leaving the curls to set, my hair fell flat almost immediately after I left. That was disappointing, especially given the cost of the service. I don’t think this was due to a lack of effort on Lana’s part. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to achieve the look I wanted. I just wish the style had lasted longer!

Had a fantastic experience with Katerina doing my nails so so well. So much time and care was taken to make sure I was 100% happy, and she went above and beyond my expectations.
