The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. I cannot wait to come back next time I am in Melbourne!

Just had my second session at Silhouette Lab, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. I got the wood therapy lymphatic massage + red light treatment, and I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and more defined. The wooden tools really helped with de-puffing and stimulating circulation I could see and feel a difference right away. Silhouette Lab has such a calming vibe, and the staff are so professional and attentive. They make you feel really comfortable and take their time to ensure everything is done properly.

What I really appreciate now is how Ale encourages you to exercise as well, because just relying on the treatment alone isn’t sustainable. It works better when it’s combined with exercise and a healthy diet, and Ale creates a space that supports all of that. She also personalises the experience by combining different treatments based on what your body needs.For me, helping with detoxifying my body, reducing cellulite, bloating and dissolving fat. Ale puts so much care into making a real difference. I’m so grateful.
