Absolutely amazing experience again. Suz is so friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thats happening or going to happen. For anyone like me who is struggling with thinning hair and its experiencing loss of confidence of feeling embarrassed. Suz and her hair enhancing knowledge and systems are a literal life changer. I've Had the Brazilian blow dry today and already feel more confident with smooth sleek hair rather that very frizzy fine thinning hair. Im back for a hair enhancement system next week and can't wait.

I met Suz for a hair consultation. Suz put me at ease straight away with her open and friendly manner. Explained everything full and ensured that I understood everything she was saying so I was fully informed of my choices. She us very knowledgeable about her products and services and answered any questions I had and way laid my concerns and worries. Absolutely Lovely experience and I'm booked in for further treatments. The setting of Suzs salon is very private and personal. Light and airy.

My expectations were truly surpassed from the initial consultation through to the hair system fitting process. Suzannah is truly amazing at taking you through the initial colour match and hair system selection. Which was all very straight forward and certainly settled any concerns or questions I had. The fitting process was really detailed and conducted within a calm manner. It was comforting to know nothing was being overlooked of hurried. Again Suzannah really paid attention to detail and more importantly ensuring I was happy at every point through the fitting process. 100% recommended.

Suz was so welcoming I felt at ease immediately and the whole trauma of being about to loose my hair indefinitely because of chemotherapy indefinitely suddenly didn’t feel so traumatic in fact my new look is an exciting prospect. Suz is clearly very experienced and set my expectations realistically. Her salon is airy and bright. When my hair goes I will definitely be going straight to Suz.
