Natasha delivered both. She took the time to listen, explain my options, and create a plan to restore my hair rather than simply cover the damage. First time going, and will definitely be going again. She explained how my hair would look before beginning and properly talked to me about what I wanted my hair to look like. She is very nice to her learning hairdresser and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Definitely would recommend.

My step daughter had a chemical straighten which came out amazing and even after 3 days and her first hat wash it was still dead straight. Will be back again once it grows out. Highly recommend if you’re after a chemical straightening

Amazing experience ✨ Natasha is very experienced and took the time to explain everything as she went. Even took extra time to make sure I got what I wanted after I booked the wrong express appointment. My blonde is so natural, soft and beautifully blended, it’s the best it’s ever looked. I walked out absolutely over the moon!! Such a comfortable, welcoming presence too. Highly recommend
