Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

Booked in to have my hair dyed and cut: walked out with a typically wonderful cut, blow-dry and dye, plus eyebrows threaded and dyed too! Over the moon with all treatments - Yuksel really is a very attentive individual, one who knows her trade incredibly well. Never enough praise. Thanks.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Joanna is amazing ! I am so happy with my recent lash and eyebrow treatment! This was my third visit. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and professional. Jo really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice and different look to try. My lashes look so good and last really well. My eyebrows have never looked better – perfectly shaped and tinted. I've gotten so many compliments already! I highly recommend to anyone. Thankyou xx

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I had classic lash extensions complimented by an eyebrow wax with Amelia. I couldn’t speak more highly about the service from start to finish. My lashes have never looked so good and I felt really comfortable during the treatments. Eyebrow wax was pain- free and they look incredible. Amelia was very professional providing the best care! Carly is amazing at what she does.. I suffer from skin irritations and pain but Carly does it so quick I don't even notice it.i also get my Grey hair eyebrows done ( yes who would of thought age gave you grey eyebrows) she waxes,shapes and tints them and I come out feeling like a woman again.thank you and high recommended

I spent 3 hours having a perm , eyebrows threaded & tinted and top lip waxed , it was one of my best 3 hours in a salon . ..ever and I’m 67 ! The owner and her daughter were professional , knowledgeable, friendly and I felt very confident that they understood my needs . Everything was done in a timely way and they were in full control I had never had a perm before and I absolutely Love the result ! I had no hesitation to rebook for a 6 week trim and beauty treatment My eyebrows look good too ! The salon is welcoming, clean fresh and I felt comfortable immediately in the surroundings.
